Jackie has 27 years extensive service in a huge public sector organisation. She has worked on solving many complex strategic issues and managed several large teams. She acts as a coach supervisor, training facilitator and mediator, and is a highly accomplished coach.
She is a member of both the Association for Coaching and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council, and she is a member of the Editorial Board for 'Coaching at Work' magazine (CIPD) as well as being a Member of the Institute of Business Consulting and Chartered Management Institute.
Jackie is a qualified SF (Solutions Focussed Coach) and is also licensed to administer and run the MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Indicator) and 16 PF tool. Jackie is further qualified in the Aston Team Performance psychometric test, and is a qualified and accredited mediator and an ALS facilitator.
